In 2009, my mother retired to take care of my ailing father. At the time, I was in optometry school focused on helping people see, however being a numbers guy, she had me look at her financial accounts to see what I thought. I did not understand why she had so many fees and why she was taking so many risks… Fast forward a few years – I decided I wanted to own a business and help families on a different level – and with a pregnant wife, I did not want to be the irresponsible parent living without life insurance.

In my eyes, I wanted to help clear up families’ financial pictures to where they could see themselves no longer working because they have to, but because they want to. And with a family history of many health challenges, it has also been important to take care of my health and live the best quality of life. Thus, Fitness & Finance – Your guide to maximizing all areas of health and wealth, to give you the quality of life you deserve.
